Terms of service.

// last updated June 2026

These terms govern your use of the Ybor marketing site at ybor.ai and your evaluation of Platform Infrastructure and Application Delivery. Paid use of the platform is governed by the master subscription agreement (MSA) and order form you sign with us; where those conflict with these terms, the MSA controls.

//Accepting these terms

By using the site or the platform, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

//The service

Ybor provides platform-engineering software: Platform Infrastructure provisions and governs Kubernetes clusters on Azure (AWS support is coming soon), and Application Delivery moves services from commit to production. The platform runs in your cloud accounts. We provide the control plane, operators, archetypes, and addon catalog; you provide and pay for the underlying cloud infrastructure.

//Your data and your IP

You keep your source code, your clusters, and your data. You own everything you create with the platform. We do not store your application data, secrets, or source code on Ybor-controlled infrastructure, and we claim no rights to it. We process platform metadata only as described in the privacy policy.

//Acceptable use

  • Don't use the platform to break the law or infringe others' rights.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the platform's security controls.
  • Don't resell or provide the platform to a third party except as your agreement allows.

//Accounts and security

You're responsible for your accounts, credentials, and the actions taken under them. Tell us promptly at security@ybor.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. Our own controls are covered by a SOC 2 Type 2 report and monitored continuously. See the Trust Center.

//Availability and support

Support and response targets follow your tier. For example, a named platform engineer with a four-hour response on Scale, and 24/7 on-call with a one-hour critical response on Enterprise, as set out on the pricing page and your order form. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service except where your agreement says so.

//Fees

Platform fees are set in your order form. Tiers are billed on an annual contract; cloud-provider costs are billed to you directly by your provider and are not included.

//Warranties and disclaimer

We provide the platform with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in your agreement, the site and platform are provided "as is" without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.

//Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and each party's total liability is capped as set out in the MSA. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

//Term and termination

Site terms apply while you use the site. Platform rights and obligations run for the term in your order form. On termination, you can export your data; because it lives in your cloud accounts, you retain direct access to it.

//Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; for paid customers, the MSA governs how changes take effect.
